We encourage all prospective families interested in joining CIC to attend our Open Days (See Upcoming Events) or contact us directly to book an individual tour date.

We are currently accepting interview times for families for Years 7, 8 and 9 with goals to expand to Year 10 in 2027 (enquiries welcome), and Years 11 & 12 in subsequent years.

Being a small independent school allows us to facilitate smaller, more dedicated classroom sizes with current maximum numbers sitting at 90 students (subject to change.)

Before enrolment and attendance we like to meet our new families.

What to expect

After a tour / interview with Principal Jennifer Young, parents must ensure all supporting documentation has been provided to school. Information will include:

Fees & Allowances

At Corner Inlet College, we aim to keep our school accessible to families in our community while providing a high-quality learning experience for students.

  • The 2026 annual school fee is $4,320 per student.

  • Bus Fee based on student location. However, some families can access the Victorian Bus Conveyance Allowance. This is a financial contribution from the Department of Education to help eligible rural/regional families with the cost of transporting students to school. It applies if students live over 4.8km from school, attend the nearest school, and do not have access to free transport. We will assist families with accessing this allowance.

  • Excursions & Incursions: Outdoor Education is an important aspect of our curriculum, to support this CIC endeavours to cover the costs of inschool OE costs. However, interstate, international and interschool activities will come at additional costs. We will provide notice of all upcoming costs to families

Flexible payment plans are available, and we encourage families to contact the school if they would like to discuss arrangements.

Uniform Expectations

Our founding students played a central role in designing our uniform, creating something that reflects their identity while respectfully acknowledging the GunaiKurnai, Bunurong and Boon Wurrung peoples, the Traditional Custodians of the lands and waters of Corner Inlet.

At Corner Inlet College, we do not enforce a mandatory uniform. However, students are expected to dress in a way that is safe, respectful and appropriate for a learning environment. This includes:

  • Clothing free from offensive language, imagery or prominent logos

  • Comfortable, movement-friendly attire suitable for all school activities

  • Closed-toe shoes worn at all times for safety

  • Weather-appropriate clothing to support student wellbeing

Let us know at enrolment stage, if you would like a CIC shirt or jumper.
